I helped define a systems-driven design vision and established an experience north star to guide the unification of the ecosystem into an AI-first, enterprise-ready hiring platform. Led the transformation of a legacy automation tool into a next-generation AI Recruiter — a modular workflow engine powering end-to-end candidate engagement.

What began as configurable automation for sourcing and scheduling evolved into an agentic recruiting system capable of autonomously identifying, screening, and scheduling talent through Voice AI agents and workflow intelligence.

The result: a strategic CRM that shifted recruiters from transactional workflows to long-term talent cultivation and pipeline health. This helped Sense position itself as an end-to-end platform and expand into the enterprise segment, attracting customers like Nissan, Kaiser, and Carvana.
