When I joined Sense, the experience was fragmented: siloed products, inconsistent design practices, and a lack of cohesion across the platform. I helped define a systems-driven design vision and established an experience north star to guide the unification of the ecosystem into an AI-first, enterprise-ready hiring platform. By scaling a diverse team across product, brand, and growth design, we operationalized this vision—driving coherence, usability, and adoption through a connected, end-to-end experience.
Strategic Design Initiatives
AI Recruiter
From Automation to Intelligence
Led the transformation of a legacy automation tool into a next-generation AI Recruiter — a modular workflow engine powering end-to-end candidate engagement.
What began as configurable automation for sourcing and scheduling evolved into an agentic recruiting system capable of autonomously identifying, screening, and scheduling talent through Voice AI agents and workflow intelligence.
We introduced AI copilots that cut recruiter busywork by ~40%, accelerated campaign creation by 2×, and increased candidate response rates by 30%. Together, these innovations helped staffing teams operate at unprecedented scale — transforming recruiting from manual coordination to AI-driven orchestration.
CRM
For high volume talent engagement
Scaled an ATS acquisition into a high-volume recruiting CRM, centered on AI and automation. Design played a central role in re-architecting the experience by aligning UX with Sense’s design system and building 0→1 capabilities: unified candidate profiles, embedded talent pools, Voice AI integration, and generative messaging tools.
The result: a strategic CRM that shifted recruiters from transactional workflows to long-term talent cultivation and pipeline health. This helped Sense position itself as an end-to-end platform and expand into the enterprise segment, attracting customers like Nissan, Kaiser, and Carvana.
Mobile Apps (iOS and Android)
Recruiter productivity
Launched new mobile apps, scaling the design system to deliver a consistent and intuitive mobile experience. Prioritized a recruiter-first UX to keep conversations flowing anytime, anywhere. Later expanding to support job management and core workflows for hiring managers and TA teams.
