Experience

  • Leading the design of an AI and automation-first platform transforming high volume talent engagement across healthcare, manufacturing, logistics, retail, staffing, and hospitality.


  • Turning fragmented products into a cohesive platform, while driving 0→1 design of new solutions across AI recruiting agents, Voice AI, CRM, and analytics.


  • Scaled and unified a multidisciplinary design org - aligning product, brand, design systems, and growth to drive adoption, retention, and category differentiation.

  • Led global design across all product lines, managing studios in SF, Copenhagen, and Bucharest while scaling the team and aligning product, brand, and systems to elevate platform consistency and execution.


  • Spearheaded the design and GTM of 0→1 innovations including Tradeshift Go (virtual cards), invoice financing, and B2B marketplaces, embedding design from incubation to launch.


  • Drove design strategy for financial services and supply chain products, partnering cross-functionally to unify fragmented experiences and accelerate adoption across the platform.

  • Joined as founding design leader to shape the 0→1 product vision and experience


  • Led customer research, iterative roadmapping, and end-to-end UX to establish product-market fit


  • Launched and scaled the MVP to 25+ customers, directly contributing to a $10M Series A

  • Rebooted the UX function into a strategic product design team focused on elevating customer experience and business alignment


  • Led cross-functional efforts to launch new mobile apps, design a curated hotel booking platform, and unify Travelzoo’s product ecosystem across platforms

  • Founded the customer-focused design practice and grew a team of 6 designers.


  • Uncovered the key customer need of Trust, and focused the company’s design and competitive strategy on it.


  • Launched new mobile apps and redesigned the web UX end-to-end through research and A/B testing.

  • Led a customer-focused redesign of a fragmented set of financial products into a cohesive suite of financial apps – Yodlee Moneycenter

  • Led design system efforts for SAP Business ByDesign —platform for midsize enterprises—focusing on core experiences like enterprise search, collaboration, and productivity
